Holmes Point Ocean Retreat

Holmes Point Ocean Retreat is a beautiful oceanfront home on Holmes Point in Comox. Incredible views, a walk-on beach, pool and a hot tub make this house a perfect summer getaway and during the winter provides great storming watching.

A gravel stairway in front of the pool (heated May 1 - Sept. 31) takes you down to the ocean. In the back there is a tranquil Asian garden. Both the front and the back of the house are situated to have a great deal of privacy. There is a car port in the back that has room for 2 cars.

The hot tub is located at side of the house. You have access to the hot tub either through the back yard or the sliding doors off the main floor bedroom. 

The inside of the house is of modern decor with hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is open concept with the luxuries of a convection oven, gas stove, sub-zero fridge and freezer and espresso maker. There is a coffee bar counter set-up at one of the floor to ceiling front windows. 

Holmes Point has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has sliding doors out to the back garden and the hot tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, and bedroom three has a queen bed. A pull out couch is in a recreation room, complete with a 51” TV/ DVD. There is a large office downstairs with full floor to ceiling window, access to the outside and internet access.

For your entertainment there is a ping pong table in the games room and men's and ladies' mountain bikes and a child's bike available for your use.
