| A 50% deposit is
required at the time of booking. The
balance is due 45 days prior to arrival unless previous
arrangements have been made.
A damage/cleaning deposit of
$500 is required with the balance of payment. If the
cottage is left in the same state of cleanliness and repair as upon arrival, the deposit will be returned within two weeks.
All of our fine properties are Non-Smoking
This property is 1500 sq ft.
Children are welcome at this location.
Pets are not permitted at this location.
